The Kettlebell is a powerful tool for improving your fitness. At CrossFit Lily we combine the intensity and variance of CrossFit, with the dynamic, total body movements of Kettlebell to create a workout that is challenging to the beginning and advanced athlete alike. Kettlebells are great tools because they help develop the natural functional movement patterns you need to lead a healthy, active life. Attending Kettlebell class will result in increased strength, mobility, coordination, balance and endurance.
For the athlete interested in pursuing Kettlebell Sport we offer private one-on-one instruction to help you prepare for your event. Training will be tailored to your needs with focus on the traditional competitive events, Snatch, Jerk, Long Cycle, and Biathlon. Along with the major lifts (the Clean, Jerk, and Snatch) you will also learn strategies for nutrition, mobility, and mental preparation.
