Step 2: Come in for a Free intro Session (optional)

A one hour intro session to learn about the CrossFit method, try a workout, and learn how we coach and operate at CrossFit Lily. This session is a great option if you’re intrigued by CrossFit but perhaps a little bit intimidated.

Step 3: Sign up for our Introductory Session Package

After you have decided to join CrossFit Lily, you will go through 5 one hour training sessions. In those 5 sessions, you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. These sessions will get you up to speed quickly, so you can join our group workouts in a safe, effective manner. More sessions may be required based on the coaches’ evaluation of the athlete.

These private coaching sessions are set up at your convenience and can take place as needed, according to what fits into your busy schedule.

We are very, very good at working with any and all fitness and skill levels.
